Interested in joining THE CIRCLE? Becoming a Member of The Lair? We offer Massage, Facial and Lash Extension Memberships. Each of our memberships come with a minimum of 90 days (3 months). As the 90 days near their end, you can decide to remain in The Circle or if you would like to leave, just inform The Lair Witch, our Spa Coordinator, and it shall be down. Don’t worry, you can return to The Circle whenever you like. But The Lair Witch is not a mind reader. The decision is yours but must be voiced. Email, phone or in person are preferred avenues.

If the first 90 days of your membership come and go without a spoken request of an end, the membership will remain active. Any membership drafts that occur prior to your verbal or written request of exiting your membership cannot be refunded. However, they will remain under your name and active for use for 6 months from the date they were drafted.

Memberships Policy

*For Lash Extension Memberships: Purchase of a full set of lashes with us is required to be eligible for lash membership pricing.

Memberships require a 3 month (90 day) commitment

• Payment will be auto drafted from a card on file on the same date every month.

• Membership must be canceled at least 72 hours before your scheduled auto draft date.

• If your membership auto draft declines, we will try to contact you (via email, membership notifications and/or calls) 3 times to bring your membership up to date. If we are unable to update your card on-file after the 3rd attempt, you will be removed from our membership program and there is a $50 reactivation fee to reinstate your membership.

• For Lash Memberships; membership does not cover cost of initial full set of lash extensions, it only covers cost of 2 regular fills a month.

• If you do not use your credit(s) they will roll-over to the next month.

• Rollover-credits expire after 6 months from the date they were drafted; use them or lose them.

• Lash Membership credits cannot be combined to go towards a new full set. If a full set is needed then a full set must be booked, completed and purchased.

• Membership credits are non-refundable

• Membership credits cannot be used toward other services

• Membership is not shareable or transferable

• Membership credits cannot be split

• There will be a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel you membership before the 3 months of membership.
