Heather Gordon Spa & Wellness is a ClassPass Wellness Partner. Gratuity is not included in the cost of your reservation. Please remember to tip based on the full amount of the service reserved. Ask Spa Coordinator at close of receipt for actual cost of service.

HGSW booking system sends out automated reminders and confirmation notifications. Confirmation of your appointment with a card is not a request to pay. It is to keep your reservations on the books and from being booked over confirmed by others. Your CP credit(s) will be redeemed for the services you reserve.

In order to reserve any ClassPass services with CP points, you need to be a ClassPass account holder and must also book the service through ClassPass. ClassPass and our booking system are not integrated. We manually add your reservations to our roster. If you book a service through ClassPass and the time is no longer available in our books, you will be contacted via email and/or through ClassPass with an alternative time. ClassPass does not share phone numbers. Your reservation in ClassPass can stay as is if you accept the alternative appointment time. We will adjust our roster.

For first time visitors, every ClassPass reservation you make has a consent form that must be filled out. This will be provided to you via the email you have set up as your contact in ClassPass.

As a heads up, Tuesdays is "Microneedling, Murder Mysteries & Horror-score Day". We play true crime and murder mystery podcasts or classic horror film scores all day. If you book on a Tuesday and not interested in listening to true crime podcasts or horror soundtracks, please let your esthetician know before you start your treatment.
