Cancellations

Cancellation Policy update: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you are unable to make your appointment notify us within 24 hours and your appointment will be released. Late cancels and no shows will be charged a $35 late cancel/no-show fee for services $70 and under. Services over $70 will be charged 50% of the total cost of services scheduled. We do this because we reserve your appointment for you and turn others away for that appointment time

Holiday Gift Card Special Terms & Conditions

1. Gift cards cannot be used on the date of purchase. There is a 24 hour hold on discounted Gift Cards.

2. Gift cards CAN be used to make purchases in the online store, however you have to call in your order. 

3. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase packages or other discounted services.

4. Gift cards purchased outside of the selected prices will not be discounted.

5. There is a $1,000 limit per person for gift card purchases.

6. This offer ends on December 25th at 11:59pm.

7. Heather Gordon Spa & Wellness reserve the right to final decision in any case of disputes.

Groupons

Groupons must be redeemed by the expiration date issued by Groupon. Packages purchased from Groupon must be used in full by expiration date. Groupon holders are subject to our cancellation policy (see above).  A no call, no-show for an appointment that will be payed for with a Groupon will lead to forfeiting of your voucher. Groupons are for new clients only. Expired Groupons may be used as a credit towards a service and are worth the value the Groupon was originally purchased for. Expired Groupons can NOT be used for wedding Tans or any other bridal service. Expired Groupons may not be used towards  acupuncture as this service are offered by independent contractors. WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUPONS FOR WEDDING TANS.

Children

We kindly ask to leave children at home. We offer a relaxing environment and it is distracting to other clients to bring children with you to your service. 

Packages

Packages are good from one year of date of purchase. Packages are non-transferable, and may only be used by one person. They may not be substituted toward other services.  Packages are non-refundable.

Refunds

No refunds on Services, Packages or Membership credits. Products may be returned unopened/sealed within 48 hours of purchase. Opened or partially used products can not be returned.
