Heather Gordon Skin Care & Waxing opened for business on September 1, 2009, originally as a one-room office inside the Morning Star Trading Company. After outgrowing that space, Heather moved a larger office located inside Innate Beauty, Med Spa. It is here where she grew her business and learned many of her advanced treatments. Again she found that to meet client service needs she would have to upgrade and expand which led her to open the first Heather Gordon Spa & Wellness in the Corners II shopping center, 2919 Manchaca Road Austin Texas 78704. Since moving to the South Lamar and Manchaca location Heather's staff has grown to include other skilled and professional practitioners, each specializing in specific areas of expertise. It is at this location, with this team, where she can now support a variety of services in 6 dedicated treatment rooms. Heather Gordon's formal educational background includes education in business and marketing from Penn State University. She earned her Texas State Cosmetology License at Jenissa Beauty Academy and is licensed and/or certified in a number of areas including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing & facials tinting and lash Lifts. Heather has also accomplished becoming certified to the highest level with PCA (physicians care alliance) in advanced chemical peeling. Heather also is now licensed to perform microblading, a cosmetic eyebrow tattoo service. Heather prides herself in her continuing education, as well as finding and training her staff to be the best in the industry.

Ariana Capetillo 

Spa Coordinator 

Ariana was born and raised in Austin Texas. Her friendly and warm demeanor helps clients feel right at home when booking their appointments and as she greets them upon their arrival at the spa. In her free time she likes to play with her boxer pup and golden doodle. She is currently attending Austin Community College as a full time student studying Psychology. She intends to use her background in Psychology to gain a degree in Neuropsychology.



Tia pease

Spa coordinator

Tia was born and raised in New Braunfels Texas. She decided to move to Austin 6 years ago for a new beginning. Her friendly and warm demeanor helps clients feel right at home when booking their appointments and as she greets them upon their arrival at the spa. In her free time she likes to volunteer at various organizations, work on art projects, and go on hikes. She is currently taking a break from school but looks forward to returning to continue her studies to become a Veterinarian. 



Lash Extensions + Microblading

Lily is from Odessa Texas. After moving to Austin she pursued her esthetic career. Her natural abilities for art and attention to details made being an esthetician a clear choice for her. She spent the beginning of her esthetic career working as a Lash extension, Volume lash extensions, and microblading instructor. She then decided to take a change of pace and leave teaching to use her skills working with clients. In her free time, she likes taking her pups to the park and enjoying the outdoors.

Rachel Gonzales LE

Rachel knew Esthetics would be her career after realizing her passion to help people feel good about themselves at an early age. Noticing how much women hide behind make-up, she decided to educate herself and help men and women improve the skin from within. This dedication to skin care leads to others learning how to care for their unique and beautiful skin, leading them to feel more secure with themselves. Thus, ladies using make up for highlighting their assets rather than hiding their imperfections. Rachel's expertise is in Micro-needlingMedical grade Chemical Peelsand Dermaplaning. Whether she is providing a custom facial plan, Brazilian wax or brow shape, providing comfort and confidence to her clients as a skincare professional is of utmost importance to Rachel. She is excited to help her clients change and improve their appearance, and looks forward to their next visit as an exciting step on their path to healthy, beautiful skin.

Tracy Ingalls LMT


Tracy is an original Austinite with a life long passion for health and wellness. She has practiced yoga and meditation since she was very young, learning from her mother who was well versed in the techniques. When Tracy became a mother herself with two small children, her journey led her to study and practice a more holistic lifestyle.  Along the way she discovered the amazing benefits of massage.  She pursued her passion for massage by attending A New Beginnings School of Massage where she graduated a LMT specializing in a variety of modalities such as Swedish,  Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Trager and Trigger point. Tracy has owned her own Event company providing event massage for private events, corporate and sporting events around Austin and Dallas. She continues to focus on the healing touch of massage by attending classes to help educate herself and her clients on the expansive, life long benefits of  both continued practice and continued receiving of massage.  Lauren  St. Pierre-Mehrens MAcOM, L.Ac.


Lauren has lived in Austin since 2006 after leaving her home town of Lake Tahoe, California. She likes to spend her free time with her husband, as well as her two Boston terriers.  Lauren graduated from AOMA, Graduate School of Integrative Medicine. It is there she studied traditional Chinese medicine as well as cosmetic acupuncture. In addition to her own practice, Lauren is also working as a clinical and classroom teaching assistant with AOMA.  She also works at the Texas Center for Reproductive Acupuncture as well as stays active with The American Cancer Society as a Cancer Information Specialist.

Paula BRUNO Ph.D.


Paula Bruno, Ph.D., is the sole proprietor of Two Hearts Wellness, an AOBTA-CP Asian bodywork therapist (Chinese tui na style), and a health coach. Currently, she is finishing her degree in acupuncture and Oriental medicine (MAcOM) at AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, TX. A former academic, a forever scholar and educator, and a passionate health and wellness advocate, Paula looks forward to both writing books about Chinese medicine and to maintaining an active clinical practice when she graduates. Her health coaching services include personal training and private yoga instruction upon request and her bodywork therapies include Asian bodywork, cupping, and gua sha.
